Kip Oebanda on Sue Prado: "You were not just an actress to me, you were one of the most principled, sincere, passionate, and loving people I have ever known."

Film director Kip Oebanda paid tribute to the late seasoned actress, Sue Prado, who passed away on April 14 at the age of 44.

In an Instagram post, the Bar Boys director looked back on how working with the late actress helped him survive during the pandemic.

"Since 2022, you have always been my gold standard, my moral compass and my north star in this industry. Just last Friday, on a car ride with Emilio to the workshop, we were talking about cats, homemade salads and grief. You were referencing your performance in 'Liway.' How grief is never linear. How it's never predictable," he wrote.

Direk Kip also added that he considered Sue as family and shared that he will miss her for the rest of his life.

"You were not just an actress to me, you were the most principled, sincere, passionate, and loving people I have ever known and in this industry this is rare. You were like family to me. Until I breathe my last breath, I will miss you, Sue," he added.
