
Voltes V: Legacy is really full of surprises!
On Instagram, Thursday ( April 28,) director Mark Reyes introduced their special guest star while they are taping in Subic, Zambales and it's a dolphin named Nala.
According to him, Nala is part of Camp Big Falcon's marine research department and Little Jon Armstrong's aquatic best friend. Little Jon Armstrong is the Voltes V team's teen genius who pilots the Volt Frigate or the legs of Voltes V. The character is played by Kapuso child actor Raphael Landicho.
In his caption, Mark reminded his followers that no animals were harmed in the making of the series. He also urged the public to protect the seas and marine life.
The Voltes V: Legacy team also had Batangas as their location, specifically for Mark Gordon's scenes with his stallion named Alpha. According to director Mark, they shot the scenes in a sprawling Polo field in Calatagan.
Mark Gordon is played by Radson Flores. The actor took horseback riding lessons in preparation for his role in Voltes V: Legacy who is a rodeo champion.
