Voltes V: Legacy director Mark Reyes excitedly announced on his Instagram account that the Voltes 5 team is now complete!

Its fifth member, child actor Raphael Landicho, finally joined lock-in taping of the live-action adaptation of the Japanese anime after not being allowed to enter the bubble due to the COVID-19 pandemic protocols.

He will play John Armstrong, known famously as “Little Jon," the teen genius of the Voltes 5 team. Little Jon pilots the Volt Frigate or the legs of Voltes V.

Mark proudly shared his photo with "Little Jon" on the set of Camp Big Falcon, the fortress of Voltes 5.

In the caption, the director wrote, "To all those who have been perennially asking… Eto na siya! Finally at #campbigfalcon … @raphaellandicho as Little Jon Armstrong of #voltesvlegacy . #firsttapingday @voltesvlegacy @gmadrama."

Raphael, 9, was permitted to enter the taping bubble of Voltes V: Legacy after completing his COVID-19 vaccine doses.

He received his Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 shots through the government's vaccination program for children aged five to 11 which began last February 7.

Joining Raphael in the Voltes 5 team is Miguel Tanfelix (Steve Armstrong), Ysabel Ortega (Jamie Robinson), Radson Flores (Mark Gordon), and Matt Lozano (Robert "Big Bert" Armstrong).

Voltes V: Legacy is an exclusive offering of the GMA Entertainment Group. Its script, written by Suzette Doctolero, was approved by Toei Company, Ltd. and Telesuccess Productions Inc.
