Film director Gino Santos: 'Please be vigilant. Do not send money, personal information, materials, or entertain any request from anyone claiming to be me.'
Nakakabahala ang impormasyon na natanggap ng film director na si Gino Santos nang malaman niya may gumagamit ng kaniyang pangalan para sa isang fake audition at scam na makahingi ng pera sa mga biktima.
Agad na naglabas ng opisyal na pahayag si Direk Gino sa Instagram upang paalalahan ang publiko na maging mapanuri.
Dagdag niya, huwag daw i-entertain ang mga tao gumagamit ang kaniyang pangalan sa illegal na transaksyon.
“Just got word from a couple of people that someone has been using my identity and pretending to be more for auditions, transactions, and other matters.”
Binigyan-diin ni Direk Gino, “Please be vigilant. Do not send money, personal information, materials, or entertain any request from anyone claiming to be me.
“I would NEVER personally ask for money, payments, or conduct auditions or transactions through unofficial accounts. If some contact you pretending to be me, please screenshot the conversation and report the account immediately. Please share and stay safe.”
