According to dermatologist Aivee Teo, Heart Evangelista's beauty is natural.

Heart Evangelista's trusted dermatologist, Aivee Teo, addressed the cosmetic enhancement rumors surrounding the fashion icon in the latest episode of Heart World.

Dr. Teo clarified that Heart has not undergone any cosmetic enhancements on her face, despite ongoing online speculation.

She said, "Actually, honestly, Heart, a lot of people think kasi ang ganda ng ilong ni Heart or parang biglang lumaki yung eyes mo kasi when people look at your old photos no'ng bata ka, parang chinita ka daw. Nagpa-upper [blepharoplasty] (eyelid lift)

daw si Heart. Wala po talagang pinagawa si Heart sa face n'ya. Hindi s'ya nagpa-upper bleph, hindi rin s'ya nagpagawa ng ilong."

Dr. Teo even demonstrated through a magnifying glass that there were no visible traces of scars on Heart's face, particularly around the nose and eyes.

According to the celebrity doctor, Heart's beauty is natural, and any noticeable changes in her appearance can be attributed to proper skincare, non-invasive treatments that support skin elasticity and collagen production, and a healthy lifestyle. She emphasized that achieving a refined, glowing look like Heart does not necessarily require surgical procedures.

She added, "I think, Heart, because you lost weight, 'di ba? Pumayat ka, so parang lumiit ang nose mo. One hundred twenty plus pounds s'ya, 'tapos, ngayon 91. If you lose that much weight, yung face mo liliit din so minsan magiging super payat. Ayaw mo naman maging mukhang haggard, and that's a problem sometimes when you lose weight drastically. So, yun lang yung inaalagaan natin kay Heart. Yun lang talaga yung ginagawa namin."

Dr. Teo then reiterated, "Pero surgery around the face, I have to say, truthfully, wala talaga."

Heart's blooming appearance has often been a topic of discussion on social media. However, Dr. Teo stressed that discipline in self-care and professional skincare is the real secret behind it, not cosmetic surgery.

She said, "'Di naman kailangan mag-iba yung itsura mo, just look naturally beautiful and maintenance is important kasi tatanda tayo. Like Heart, naiintindihan n'ya na she'll age. Kailangan natural pa rin. The best is you look good but people don't know that you did something--natural--that's what we like."

On top of this, Heart clarified that cosmetic enhancements like plastic surgery are not something to be ashamed of, emphasizing that she is not against them.

She declared, "Why would I deny? I would even tell you that's why I get pissed off 'cause there are people now that claim that there's a doctor na do'n daw ako nagpagawa. And just to add, I am for plastic surgery. I mean by the world, if you must, to make you feel good, the hell with what people think. It's just that some people would take advantage of the fact na do'n daw ako nagpagawa or nagpaayos ng ilong. No."
