In a recent episode of Pinas Sarap's online cooking show spin-off ECQusina, Kara said that her Tuyo Fried Rice recipe resembles Thailand's Khao Kluk Kapi or bagoong rice. But instead of using bagoong, she used tuyo as a substitute.
