GOT7 member Mark Tuan showed a more personal piece of himself through his 'The Other Side' Asian Tour.
The main rapper and visual of GOT7 met his Filipino Ahgase during his solo concert at the Skydome of SM North EDSA on January 14, 2024.
During his concert, Mark shared what 'The Other Side' means to him.
"I just want to explain The Other Side real quick," Mark told his Filipino Ahgase.
"I've been performing onstage with GOT7 for so many years, it's been 10 years now."
"You guys have seen the good moments, you guys have seen us always happy and I'm sure there were times we couldn't hide our emotions."
"The Other Side is speaking of that part of us, that part of me. I just wanted to kind of get my feelings out for a little bit for this album."
"Even though onstage it may seem perfect, we're still going through every single emotion you guys go through."
"That's what The Other Side is all about. If you guys can relate and just take a little bit of our song and feel the same thing, I feel like that's the main purpose of this album."
"It means a lot that you guys are here tonight for my first tour."

It's Mark Tuan's turn to show his other side through his solo concert.
Mark kicked off his 'The Other Side' Asian Tour in Taipei, Taiwan last Nov. 4, 2023.
The Taiwanese-American singer has visited Macao, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and has upcoming shows in Bangkok and Seoul.
Mark started his concert with the song "After Hours" and followed by his other songs including "Change Up," "Save Me," "far away," "Never Gonna Come Down," and ended his night with the track "imysm."
It's been a while since he met his Filipino Ahgase (GOT7 fandom name meaning "baby bird").
His previous visit was in 2019 for a GOT7 concert.
Prior to his Manila concert, Mark visited Daranak Falls in Tanay, Rizal.
He also expressed how GOT7 is still united as a band. "We're still GOT7, and I hope one day...one day," Mark said during the concert.
Mark Tuan showed his vocal skills apart from his rapping.
Thai singer @wesdaboy was Mark Tuan's opening act.
Just like his fellow GOT7 member, Mark recreated the "Shot Puno!" meme but used a cup of water instead of alcohol.
Mark Tuan capped off his concert with "imysm" after watching a video made by his fans.
