Primetime Queen Marian Rivera is bracing herself for her TV comeback after taking maternity leave to focus on her pregnancy and childbirth to Baby Ziggy.

Part of her preparation is slowly but surely getting back in shape by having a healthy lifestyle.

During her plug shoot for drama anthology Tadhana, Marian shared how she's losing her postpartum weight.

“Naku, ang hirap sabihin basta isa lang ang alam ko, kumakain ako ng healthy.

“Healthy-living ako. Pangalawa, nagpapa-breastfeed kasi ako 'eh. Sabi nila mabilis daw makapayat 'yun,” she said.

Marian also revealed that though she hasn't started going back to working out yet, she keeps her food choices healthy now that she's breastfeeding.

“Yun lang, hindi pa ako nag-eexercise ulit 'eh. Oo kasi may newborn baby ako so dapat lahat ng kinakain ko healthy talaga kasi 'yun din 'yung dini-dede niya so kailangan healthy talaga lahat.”
