Jolo Revilla and his beauty queen wife Angelica Alita are having a baby girl!
The actor and current representative of the first district of Cavite made the announcement with a video posted on his Instagram account. Aside from showing different members of the Revilla family, the video also showed the baby's gender being revealed with a spray of pink confetti, which excited the happy couple.
In the caption to the post, Jolo said that their heart is bursting with joy and that they can't wait to meet their precious daughter and watch her grow.
The pair got married four years ago in 2019 at a garden in Pelican Hill, Newport Beach, California. Aside from his family, also present at the wedding were VP Inday Sara Duterte and congressman Martin Romualdez, who were the couple's godmother and godfather.
It was at the start of this month that the couple announced that they were having a baby, with Jolo announcing it on his Instagram account.
In the caption to the post, Jolo said the baby was their “greatest Blessing” and that they could not wait for the gender reveal.
Jolo is just the latest celebrity to hold a gender reveal party for their baby. Back in April, Kris Bernal and husband Perry Choi also held a gender reveal party for their first child. The couple uploaded a YouTube video with the announcement, which involved two dinosaur mascots wrestling around before the pink one won, meaning that the couple's baby is a girl.
