Katy Perry gives birth to a baby girl

American singer Katy Perry and actor Orlando Bloom have welcomed their first child together on August 27.
Orlando shared the good news through social media, as he shared a post from UNICEF's Instagram page.
“We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter,” Katy and Orlando told UNICEF.
Katy first revealed to the public that she's expecting her first child through her music video release for single "Never Worn White,"
Katy and Orlando revealed their baby's gender back in April 2020.
The couple first met in 2016 and announced their engagement in February 2019.
