Andi Eigenmann sees a silver lining in getting stranded in Manila

Actress Andi Eigenmann expressed a bit of disappointment as she spends the bulk of her third pregnancy away from her partner Philmar Alipayo.

Andi and her daughters Ellie and Lilo are stranded in Manila while Philmar is still in Siargao.

In a new vlog, Andi shares how she still sees the bright side of being stuck in the city.

"For me, the silver lining is that I get to be with my girls and that every member of our family, all of our loved ones, are safe and healthy," she says.

Andi is also glad that Philmar got to stay on the island.

"As much as we wish that the three of us and Philmar are all together, all complete, I'm also really glad that he's safe and healthy over there on the island and that he's home where he belongs, especially now that the waves have been pumping. It's been really good in Siargao. Philmar has just been spending his time riding the waves," she shares.

Ellie also shares how being in Manila gave them a chance to see more of their relatives.

"I feel like we see our family more now than before," she says.

Andi readily agreed with Ellie's sentiments.

"The only thing that Siargao lacks is that our family doesn't get to go with us. We miss them also all the time when we're there. Now, everybody just has more time to see each other. On the weekend sometimes by brothers my mom and my sister, they come visit us since we don't really get to go out," she explains.

Andi also reveals that she is now on the 25th week of her pregnancy and that the baby is doing very well.

"I'm nearing the end of my second trimester. We're just hoping that once my third trimester comes, at the least, we can all enjoy and experience my pregnancy with Philmar around," she says.
