Kylie Padilla posts selfie with father Robin Padilla

Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla shared a heartwarming moment with her actor-director father, Robin Padilla in a recent Instagram post.

In past interviews, Kylie mentioned that her relationship with her father became stronger after she became a mom.

In a June 20, 2018 report published in GMANetwork.com, Kylie said, “It's better kasi you know, naayos na lahat. No more drama so mas chill siya ngayon."

Kylie and husband Aljur Abrenica welcomed their first child Alas Joaquin Abrenica in 2017 and Axl Romero in 2019.

Kylie is Robin's daughter with former wife Liezl Sicangco. Their other children include Zherileen, Ali, and Queenie. Liezl has been based in Australia for years with her children. While Robin has remarried with TV personality Mariel Rodriguez in 2010. In 2016, they welcomed their daughter Maria Isabella.

Now that she's a mom of two, Kylie often shares glimpses into her life as mom to Alas and Axl on social media.

She admits going through moments of guilt.

In a previous Instagram post, she said, "Being a young mom is not an easy thing... but it's so strange.

"Motherhood has always been such a pivotal thing for me. I am naturally inclined to give more of myself to my family BUT also at the same time I find a new kind of drive to pursue all of my other dreams.

"I would have never tried to pursue them if I still had my old mentality, before I had kids.”

She has become an inspiring figure for netizens especially after becoming a mom.

Among her realizations which she shared to her followers was about pursuing one's dreams.

Kylie shared, “It's never too late to pursue your dreams. even your inner most secret dreams... even if you do not benefit from pursuing these dreams you must make them happen. celebrate the small triumphs.

“The small in many little amounts, creates one whole beautiful picture of your soul, an attainable happiness and you are not left with empty whispers of regret. GO FOR IT.”
