TV actress Ciara Sotto dedicated a special message to the “queen of her life”--her mom, Helen Gamboa as she marks her 76th birthday amid this ongoing pandemic.

Ciara uploaded on Instagram today, May 7, a photo of her and Mama Helen and thanked her for all that she has done for her and her son Crixus.
