Sam Pinto and Anthony Semerad reveal baby's gender

Actress Sam Pinto and her husband Anthony Semerad are having a baby girl!

The two shared the news in an online gender reveal party for their first child posted on the actress' YouTube channel.

Upon announcing their baby's gender, the couple then related the baby's name - Mia Aya Semerad.

“'Cause we really love the ocean. Mia is Queen of Ocean, so it's the perfect name,” Anthony said, adding that the name Aya is a “very lucky name” that is why they named their daughter Mia Aya.

In their vlog, the couple also shared a few details about their pregnancy journey.

When asked about how they felt when they found out that they are having a baby, Anthony said, “I was excited. That's it.”

Sam then shared, “Ako super mixed emotions kasi parang after the wedding, we're planning to have a two years later kasi we wanna enjoy but…he got excited. Happy and scared at the same time.”

Sam, who is already 23 weeks pregnant, also related pregnancy cravings.

“Actually hindi naman ako madaming cravings, ano lang…empanada. I never used to buy empanada in my life but for some reasons, I always buy empanada now.

“What he [Anthony] does usually when I want something, he cooks for me,” she shared.

Sam and Anthony announced they were having a baby last Wednesday, May 5.

They got engaged in November 2019 and tied the knot in an intimate ceremony last March 8.

The two are planning to hold a “semi-bigger wedding” this December.
