Ogie served as the tourist guide of the Miss Universe 1994 candidates in Manila wherein he met his first wife, Miss Australia 1994 Michelle Van Eimeren. Two years after, the couple married and were blessed with two girls, Leila and Sarah Alcasid. However, they separated in 2007, and later divorced.
The Songwriter and the Asia's Songbird have known each other and have been working in the same industry since the '90s. After Ogie's failed marriage with Michelle, he gave himself another chance at love and married Regine in 2010. They have a six-year-old son named Nate Alcasid.
Meanwhile, the former Australian beauty queen married the love of her life in 2009. Ogie and Regine attended the couple's wedding.
Ever since, Regine and Michelle have been good friends.
Ogie and Michelle have also maintained a close relationship as parents to their two lovely daughters.
Just recently, Ogie's daughter Leila moved to the Philippines from Australia. They welcomed her with open arms, and it seems like Leila is at home with her family in Manila.
The Asia's Songbird admitted she is a stage mom to her stepdaughter who is pursuing a career in the Philippine showbiz industry.

Last weekend, Ogie celebrated his 50th birthday in Paris together with Regine Velasquez, Michelle Van Eimeren and their kids.
