Ysabel Ortega is mesmerizing in her dainty, feminine look for the 2023 MMFF Gabi ng Parangal

Firefly actress Ysabel Ortega looked sweet and feminine at the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival's Gabi ng Parangal last December 27.

With her flowy white dress with silver accents, the Kapuso star showcased her princess vibes. She was even more noticeable because she had a handsome escort that night: her Firefly co-star Miguel Tanfelix, who wore a matching white suit for the awards night.

Ysabel also shared her pictures on Instagram with this caption: "About last night" along with hashtags #MMFF2023 and #GawadNgParangal2023."

Followers of the Kapuso actress couldn't help but shower Ysabel with compliments. Along with the messages of adoration were messages of congratulations for the Best Picture honor of Firefly.

Firefly, which was produced by GMA Pictures and GMA Public Affairs, also won the Best Screenplay, and the Best Child Performer for its young actor, Euwenn Mikaell. The movie is directed by Zig Dulay, who is known for his works like the hit TV series Maria Clara at Ibarra and globally recognised film Paglipay.

The screenplay was also written by GMA Public Affairs Senior AVP Angeli Atienza and its cinematography was done by the award-winning cinematographer, Neil Daza.

Aside from Ysabel, Firefly also features Alessandra De Rossi, Epi Quizon, and Cherry Pie Picache.

Other Kapuso celebrities like Max Collins and Primetime King Dingdong Dantes also had a special participation in the movie.
