'First Lady' continues the fairytale-like story of newlyweds Melody Reyes (Sanya Lopez) and President of the Philippines Glenn Acosta (Gabby Concepcion).
Melody becomes overwhelmed by all the changes and responsibilities that come with being the First Lady. As she tries to emulate past first ladies, Melody realizes that she can be herself despite holding a prestigious role in the government.
