'Descendants of the Sun Ph' male cast members do group workout via video conferencing

It's #WednesdayWorkout for Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation) male cast members Dingdong Dantes, Rocco Nacino, Neil Ryan Sese, Lucho Ayala, Jon Lucas, Carlo Gonzales, and Ian Ignacio.
Even though they're in their respective homes, the actors still managed to do a group workout via video conferencing, inspiring their fans and viewers to keep their bodies in good shape while on enhanced community quarantine brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
They did a no-equipment cardio workout, targetting the abs and core, and muscle toning exercises, in such a way viewers can follow along.
