Home workout ni Kris Bernal


Kris Bernal sa mga gustong maging fit kahit nasa bahay lang: "Kailangan talaga maging creative ka."

Dahil sanay na sa pagwo-workout, hindi naging dahilan para sa ilang celebrities ang enhanced community quarantine para matigil sa kanilang routine at pagiging fit.

Gaya na lamang ni Kapuso star Kris Bernal na may walong taon nang nagwu-workout. Dahil hindi makalabas ng bahay at walang gym equipment, mga gamit sa bahay na lang muna ang ginagamit niya bilang alternatibo.

Kris Bernal shares home workout routine using a luggage

“Kailangan ko maging creative, maging resourceful. Ano 'yung pwede kong gamitin dito sa bahay na alternative sa weights,” aniya.

Hindi naman siya nahirapang maghanap ng mga bagay na puwedeng gamitin sa kanyang home workout.

“Since 'yung program ko kasi is building mass, naisip ko nga ko 'yung pillow dahil nakita ko may bigat siya. Then puwede mo siyang gamitin sa abs, puwede mo siyang gamitin sa shoulders mo, sa legs mo.

Dahil ilang linggo na ring namamalagi sa bahay, nakabuo na ng mga bagong exercise para sa abs at arms si Kris gaya ng Smash The Corona at Quarantine Fight gamit ang unan; at Vertical Row at Dumbbell Row, gamit naman ang kanyang bag.

“Sa sofa puwede kang makakumpleto ng whole body workout, from abs to legs, to your shoulders, gamitin mo 'yung pillows.

“And then sa chair, may mga exercises din for the glutes, for the legs, for the thighs. 'Yung mga hangers mo sa bahay, puwede mo rin siyang gamitin as weights,” dagdag pa ng aktres.

Nagbigay din ng payo si Kris sa mga nais na maging fit kagaya niya kahit pa nasa bahay lang.

“Kailangan talaga maging creative ka. Kailangang magbigay ka rin ng time.

“More than eight years na akong nagwo-workout, so through time, talagang nag-build na rin 'yung muscles, nag-tone na rin talaga 'yung katawan ko.

“You just have to be patient and really work hard on it kasi hindi talaga siya overnight,” aniya.
