Is it true that moms who work as flight attendants don't have time for their children? Watch as Gabbi Garcia and her mom, Tes Lopez, talk about their family life in Gabbi's latest Q&A YouTube video.

One of the questions Gabbi and Mommy Tes answered was about what their favorite memorable moments are.

While on the subject, Tes took time to dispel the misconceptions people have about mothers that work as flight attendants.

"One of the most memorable sa'kin, since 1994 flight attendant na ako so most of the time, siyempre, wala ako 'di ba?

"But during those times, parang feeling ko lahat ng mga school activites nila, lahat ng birthdays nila, lahat sa pictures, nandoon ako.

"So parang hindi ko naman na-feel na lagi akong wala. 'Di ba 'yung iba, ang thinking kasi 'Ay flight attendant, naku, hindi niya naaasikaso 'yung mga anak niya.'

"'Yun lagi 'yung impression 'yan, 'Naku, mga laki sa yaya 'yan.' Normally, ganoon.

"But in my case naman, parang 'di ko siya na-feel talaga. So isa 'yon sa mga most memorable for me na lagi akong present," she said.

Gabbi, too, backed up her mom's statement saying that she never really felt that her mom was absent in her life.

"So 'yung memorable moments mo with us is probably you exerting effort to be there, to be present in every event.

"I can attest to that kasi 'yun naman talaga sinasabi ko sa lahat ng interviews and everything na growing up, I can see my mom's effort of attending birthday parties.

"Kahit may simpleng sasayaw lang ako sa school or kakanta lang ako ng mga one minute lang, pupuntahan niya 'yan," Gabbi bared.
