GenZ Live is a new concert series dedicated to raising the OPM industry in regional areas across the country.

According to Vince of VXON in an online media conference held on Tuesday, July 14, the upcoming Bacolod show is fulfilling for their group because it helps them to their goal of spreading their craft and inspiring audiences all over the Philippines.

“Sobrang nakaka-fulfill siya, kasi as an artist, iyon naman talaga 'yung goal— na maka-inspire at ma-spread 'yung craft nila,” said Vince. “I think sobrang fulfilling nito kasi when you put something with heart, faith, and commitment, lalo na as music artists. 'Yun pa lang na nagtitiwala kami sa songs namin and 'yung mag-spread siya sa iba't ibang local places, sobrang nakaka-fulfill.”

Cup of Joe's lead guitarist Gab echoed VXON's statement and added that the band is looking forward to performing in other regions.

“Sobra naming nilu-look forward 'yun kasi kami, before kami naging artists, fan din kami ng mga artists ng OPM at nilu-look forward namin kapag sila 'yung mga pumupunta sa probinsya namin,” he said. “Nakaka-inspire siya, so kami, bilang isa sa mga nagtatayo ng bandera ng OPM, gusto naming maka-inspire din ng younger artists na coming artists o gustong maging artists.”

The band's vocalist, Gian, also said performing in provinces feels 'close to home' as it reminds them of their humble beginnings where they would perform in cafés around Baguio, debuts, and schools near Metro Manila.

Gian said, “Isa pa rin sa mga favorites naming ganaps is 'yung sa mga provinces kasi it's close to home.”

According to Patrick of VXON, this concert series will be their way to spread the word about OPM, celebrating its beauty and diversity.

“At the end of the day, iisa lang 'yung goal namin, which is mapalaganap pa, mapaingay pa ang OPM at P-Pop industry,” said Patrick. “Dito sa GenZ Live, we will make sure and we promise na ibibigay namin 'yung 100 percent namin para mapakita namin sa inyo ano ba 'yung talento ng mga Pinoy, talento namin, and Cup Of Joe.”
