Another iconic Filipino group prepares for their awaited comeback!
OPM '90s group Smokey Mountain is set to return to the stage once again!
On social media, vocalist Geneva Cruz happily shared her reunion with fellow members, including Jeffrey Hidalgo, Chedi Vergara, and James Coronel.
The group previously got together over a meal, catching up and enjoying each other's company.
The update delighted fans, especially as Geneva teased an upcoming project of the group.
"Reunion concert in the works. Hope you guys are ready! #SmokeyMountainGroup Batch 1 x Batch 2," she wrote in the captions.
Smokey Mountain is a popular Filipino singing group formed by acclaimed musical director and composer Ryan Cayabyab.
The group's members have included Geneva Cruz, Jeffrey Hidalgo, Anna Fegi, Tony Lambino, James Coronel, Chedi Vergara, Shar Santos, and Jayson Angangan.
They are known for their albums such as Smokey Mountain, Paraiso, and Know You Will, which feature songs that revolve around socio-economic, environmental, and cultural themes.
