Want a quick but intense workout? Try Aubrey Miles and Troy Montero's functional workout routine.

Aside from being an OG plantito and plantita, celebrity couple Aubrey Miles and Troy Montero are known to be couple fitness goals.

In their recent guesting on Mars Pa More, they shared a functional workout routine that anyone can easily do at home.

The functional workout routine has simple moves that you can do at home at any time of the day. Plus, there's no need for any equipment, since you'll only be using your body weight.

You can do two to three sets of this workout that consists of four moves with ten counts for each set.

Here's the breakdown of Troy and Aubrey's functional workout routine:

1) Knee ankle touch

2) Squat crunch

3) Front lunges

4) Jumping jacks with a twist

According to Aubrey you can do this workout daily or every other day. But as for the couple, they regularly try to do physical activities at home.

Troy said, “We try to do an activity every day. Pero minsan may day off, tapos minsan may extra (activity). Ako minsan, I like to ride my bike. I go on bike rides a lot.”

So, it's totally up to you to decide how long or how often your workout is going to be. Just always remember to pace yourself and do exercises that are suited for your current health status.
