Girls' Generation member Taeyeon is currently topping music charts with her song "Happy."

Girls' Generation leader Kim Taeyeon released her new digital single "Happy" on Monday, May 4 and the song quickly rose in major music charts in Korea.

Two hours after its release, it had already reached number 1 on Melon, Genie, Bugs, and Soribada.

The music video for "Happy" also premiered on SM Town's official YouTube channel and has already garnered over 2 million views in less than 24 hours.

Taeyeon previously delayed the release of the single due to her father's sudden death.
