Glaiza De Castro teams up with Lady Gagita in another transformation challenge!
Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre star Glaiza De Castro marked Pride Month with a powerful and creative collaboration!
On Instagram, the 2016 Sang'gre shared a part two of her transformation challenge video. Wearing the iconic 2005 warrior costume, the Kapuso star channeled once again her inner Pirena.
But the twist? She was joined by none other than drag artist Lady Gagita, who wore Pirena's 2016 costume.
Together, the two showed off their fiery energy as they portrayed the character. The video ended with flair and power as each holding the symbolic fire gemstone.
"Sa mga taong sumusuporta sa Encantadia, sa mga nagbabahagi ng talento, imahinasyon at pagmamahal ---Avisala eshma! Patuloy pasiklabin ang inyong hangarin at kamalayan," Glaiza captioned.
The Kapuso star also shared behind-the-scenes snaps from their photoshoot. Joining Lady Gagita was cosplayer and drag queen Cleo de Nile, who wore Pirena's iconic training outfit.
The three even recreated the viral “multiverse meme” and shared a laugh as they struck fun, mirrored poses in their respective Pirena looks.
"Had so much fun shooting this collab with Lady Gagita. Ito rin ang una naming pagkikita," Glaiza shared in her caption "I've been seeing her work at noong nakita ko pa siya na nag Pirena sa Dragden PH, sabi ko kailangan ko siyang ma meet!"
The Kapuso actress added, "It was also nice to meet Cleo De Nile na hindi rin naman nag pahuli sa pa training outfit ni Pirena! Salamat rin pala sa pa wig.
"And with that, happy pride month! Mabuhay ang mga baklaaa"
