GMA Network looks set to end the year on a winning note as it bagged multiple awards at the recently held RAWR Awards, including one for Station of the Year.

The network won six awards in total. Aside from Station of the Year, both Donn Boco and Jericho Arceo of The World Between Us won Beshie ng Taon, with The World Between Us winning Bet na Bet na Teleserye.

Dennis Trillo was named Actor of the Year for his role as Ismael Makadatu in Legal Wives. Meanwhile, Maine Mendoza was named Pak na Pak na Comedian for her role in Daddy's Gurl.

On the news and public affairs front, Atom Araullo was honored as the Male News Personality of the Year.

GMA Network's wins at the RAWR Awards follows the 19 trophies it collected at the 34th PMPC Star Awards For Television.

Vic Sotto, Manilyn Reynes, Roderick Paulate, and Aiko Melendez were feted for their roles in Daddy's Gurl, Pepito Manaloto, One of the Baes, and Prima Donnas, respectively.

Joaquin Domagoso was also named Best New Male TV Personality while Sunshine Dizon was awarded the Best Single Performance by an Actress award for her role in the “Magkano Ang Forever” episode of Tadhana.

On the news and public affairs front, Vicky Morales and Jessica Soho lead the Kapuso awardees with awards for Best Female Newscaster and Best Magazine Show Host, respectively. Atom Araullo was also named Best Documentary Program Host for The Atom Araullo Special, while Dingdong Dantes was named Best Educational Program Host.

Solenn Heussaff and Gil Cuerva were also named Best Lifestyle Show Hosts.

The wins follow earlier awards won by Jeric Gonzales and Garrett Bolden at the 12th PMPC Star Awards for Music. Alden Richards and Christian Bautista were also given plaques of appreciation at the same award show.
