The kids' favorite snack with the sweet taste of satay.

INGREDIENTS:
6 pcs CDO Idol Cheesedog
¼ cup sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp shallots, minced
½ cup peanuts, crushed
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 peanut butter
¼ cup water
1 tbsp oil

 
PROCEDURE:
Heat pan and oil then sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant then add peanuts, peanut butter, water and sweet soy sauce.
Simmer until slightly thickened then set aside.
Skewer CDO Idol Cheesedog then slightly score to make spiral pattern.
Heat Griller then brush CDO Idol Cheesedog with oil and then grill.
Brush CDO Idol Cheesedog with satay sauce every time you turn. Serve with rice.
