Mainit pa rin na ping-uusapan online ang shocking na hiwalayan ng music power couple na sina Moira dela Torre at Jason Hernandez.
Samu't sari ang espekulasyon na lumalabas sa tunay na nangyari sa dalawa na ipinagdiwang ang kanilang third wedding anniversary noong Enero.
At isa sa mga nadawit sa mga lumalabas na fake news tungkol kina Moira at Jason ang handler nila sa Cornerstone Entertainment Inc. na si Mac Merla.
Sa Instagram post nito, may ginawa siyang paglilinaw nang madamay sa tsismis sa hiwalayan ng kaniyang mga alaga.
Pahayag niya, “Saw this post of Xian which has become a subject of malicious speculation. Just for the sake of clarity, for those who do not know us, I am Mac Merla of Cornerstone Entertainment Inc. I am the handler of Jason and Moira. This was taken during our flight to Dubai for Moira's event which was taken by Moira herself.”
“This is a very difficult time and we continue to pray for both of them.”
May paalala rin siya sa mga tao na huwag basta maniwala sa mga kumakalat na tsismis online.
“Pakiusap ko lang sana sa inyo bilang malapit nilang kaibigan na sana umiwas na tayo sa mga speculations na hindi nakakatulong sa napakahirap na sitwasyon na pinagdaraanan ni Moi and Jason.”
Sa official statement na unang inilabas ni Jason Hernandez, umamin ito na naging “unfaithful” siya sa dating asawa.
Aniya, “3 years ago, I married my best friend with the intent of spending the rest of my life with her. Though my love for her has always been genuine, a few months ago, I confessed to Moira that I have been unfaithful to her during our marriage. I believe that she deserved to know the truth rather than continue down a 'peaceful' but dishonest path. I take full responsibility and I'm doing my best to be better.
“From the bottom of my heart, I'm sorry for everyone I hurt. Especially Moi.”
