COVID-19 survivor Christopher de Leon to donate blood plasma

By Aaron Brennt Eusebio

Talent manager and showbiz columnist Lolit Solis has confirmed that COVID-19 survivor and veteran actor Christopher de Leon will be donating his blood plasma to help other infected patients.

How do COVID-19 survivors' blood plasma donations help save other infected patients?

In a lengthy post on Instagram, the talent manager said that Christopher also avoids watching news about COVID-19.

“He will also donate his blood for the plasma na puwede magpagaling sa tinamaan ng virus.”

Lolit also shared that Christopher wanted to do a once-a-year lockdown because he saw the benefit of it.

Christopher confirmed that he has COVID-19 in a lengthy post on Instagram last March 17.

On April 14, Christopher's spouse Sandy Andolong confirmed that the veteran actor is now free from COVID-19.
