Joey Paras appeals for donation for his angioplasty

Former Sunday PinaSaya star Joey Paras seeks help for his heart operation.

Joey revealed on Instagram that he recently tested negative for COVID-19 at the St. Luke's Medical Center.

Now, the former Babagwa actor needs PhP750,000 for his angioplasty operation.

According to mayoclinic.org, angioplasty is "a procedure used to open clogged heart arteries" to improve blood flow to your heart.

One of the celebrities who immediately heeded Joey's call was Kris Bernal.

She even reposted one of Joey's posts on her Instagram Story to inform her friends and followers about the actor's health situation.

Joey Paras had already undergone a heart surgery in July 2018.
