While getting glammed up, Heart got candid as she reflected on her 28-year journey in the entertainment industry.

As an actress, the Kapuso star will always remember the iconic roles she portrayed throughout the years.

"When I started out obviously it would be Missy (Sandejas) because I love her so much. I feel like she was really a character that started out for me," she shared.

Of course, Kapuso series such as Luna Mystika, Dwarfina, and My Korean Jagiya hold a special place in her heart.

"For almost three decades, we were part of a generation that we were trained in a way to just keep your feet on the ground, be thankful with what's in front of you. After 28 years, never in my wildest dreams I would still be here. Doing my best, doing what I love, and we're going to celebrate that today," Heart said.

At the end of the video, Heart reminded everyone to stay humble while continuing to pursue their dreams.

"The goal is not to be viral. The goal isn't to be infamous. The goal is just to be consistent. Your only competition is yourself. But in a sense, don't pressure yourself. Just be kind. It's the hardest thing to do. But be kind. Never step on anyone's toes," she noted.

"You are on your own path. Just be thankful for the people who have helped you throughout the way, and remember, "Kung sino ang nakasalubong mo pataas, 'yun din ang makakasalubong mo pababa."

Heart further expressed her love and gratitude to her Kapuso family, including her co-host from The People Have Spoken, Sean Lucas, who hosted the event.

" I never take for granted the opportunities, people, and the love that allow me to keep doing what I love. So incredibly blessed to be surrounded by so much love and exciting things to look forward to…," she wrote in the caption.
