TJ Monterde's latest single, “Teka Lang,” comes to life through a poignant music video that follows the journey of childhood sweethearts portrayed by Heart Evangelista and John Prats, with Caprice Cayetano playing a young girl whose future self is revealed to be Heart.
Heart Evangelista reunites with her former love team partner, actor-director John Prats, in the music video for singer-songwriter TJ Monterde's latest single, “Teka Lang," which is directed by John himself.
The video tells the poignant story of childhood sweethearts, with Caprice Cayetano portraying a young girl whose future self is later revealed to be Heart.
In the video, Heart and John's characters unexpectedly reunite on a bus 23 years after being separated. As their paths cross once again, memories of their shared past resurface, bringing the song's themes of love, longing, and second chances to life.
The reunion comes after Heart and John appeared together in an episode of the fashion icon's reality series Heart World, which aired on May 9.
In the show, the former on-screen pair reminisced about their early days in show business and their past romance. John also revealed that Heart played a role in bringing him and his wife, Isabel Oli, together.
As a love team, Heart and John were best known for portraying Missy and Yuan in the youth-oriented television series G-mik.
