Fans and viewers eagerly anticipated the exciting and long-awaited pilot episode of the new GMA Afternoon Prime teen romance-drama series, You're My Favorite Song, which premiered on Monday, June 22. The series stars Kapuso rising stars Heath Jornales, Clifford, Marco Masa, and Caprice Cayetano.

This marks the very first time the four lead stars are coming together for a television project, drawing in a massive crowd of fans and supporters while garnering highly positive feedback from the audience.

Many viewers couldn't help but express their excitement and kilig on social media, sending the series' official hashtags straight to the top of the trending topics on the X platform.

According to a Chika Minute report on 24 Oras, the show's lead actor, Heath, joined a watch party alongside his co-stars Lee Victor and Geo Mhanna, celebrating and watching the premiere episode live with their fans.

The three actors shared their delight over the warm and positive feedback from viewers for the series they poured their hearts into preparing.

Heath shared that his heart is overflowing with gratitude for the wonderful reception from the audience, and for the chance to experience watching the premiere episode together with his dedicated fans.

“I'm just so happy po na nakapanood po kami ng first episode ng You're My Favorite Song.And napupuno po 'yung heart ko ng kasiyahan dahil nandito po silang lahat to watch with us,” Heath shared.

Geo shared his excitement over being able to watch the premiere episode alongside their fans.

He added that the milestone hit by their trailer alone was completely unexpected, making him incredibly happy.

The actor further expressed how proud he is of the entire team, especially given the glowing reviews the series is currently receiving.

“I'm so happy. We have such an amazing crowd dito sa watch party na 'to. And the 5 million views, I didn't expect to get that high, but it definitely reached my expectations. I'm really proud of what we have,” Geo said.

Meanwhile, Lee shared that he felt a rollercoaster of emotions while watching their series' premiere episode.

“Grabe 'yung emotions ko. Nagulat, natuwa, natatawa, kinikilig. Lahat naramdaman ko dun sa pilot episode,” Lee also said.
