Top Japanese idol group Arashi is back for the sixth episode of their online series Arashi Picturebook Storytime.

"Time really flies, no? Already the 6th episode," member Sho Sakurai remarks.

This time, the group will do a read-aloud of a Japanese folktale called "The Battle of Monkey and Crab."

It tells the story of a sly monkey who tricks a crab. The crab's offspring later take revenge on the monkey.

Masaki Aiba once again got his most dreaded role as the story's narrator. Jun Matsumoto will play the Crab and the Chestnut, while Kazunari Ninomiya will be the Wasp and the Mortar. Satoshi Ohno will be the Little Crabs and Sho Sakurai will play the Monkey.

Arashi launched their Picturebook Storytime series to entertain both kids and adults who are stuck at home due to COVID-19.

They opened the series with a reading of "The Three Little Pigs" and followed it up with popular fairy tales such as "Jack and the Beanstalk" and "Little Red Riding Hood."

They have also read Asian folktales like "The Adventures of Son Goku" and "Father" from Sumatra.
