A super saucy burger.
INGREDIENTS:
5 big patties CDO Ulam Burger, slightly chilled
½ cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 tsp sesame oil
sautéed mixed vegetables
PROCEDURE:
In a bowl, combine hoisin sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Set aside.
Preheat griller, then grill CDO Ulam Burger for 3 minutes on each side.
Brush hoisin glaze then flip to let it slightly caramelize then do the same on the other side.
Serve with sautéed mixed vegetables and rice.
