No doubt, there are lots of good-looking, fit guys in showbiz. But there are only few like Jestoni Alarcon and Roi Vinzon who are able to maintain their perfect physique or good health as they mature.

In an episode of Pinoy MD, the two Kapuso celebrities shared their secret to maintaining their hot dad bods.

“I do exercises. I eat the right food na tama sa katawan, 'yung healthy food,” Jestoni tells Pinoy MD.

“And at the same time, 'yung social din, with friends, bonding time with family. So, kailangan kumpleto eh. Kailangan balance ang takbo ng buhay,” he adds.

As for Roi, he says the only secret he has is living an active lifestyle since his teens.

“14 years old, nag-umpisa ako. Hanggang sa nagustuhan na ng katawan ko, hinahanap ko na,” Roi reveals.

He also emphasized that starting young is the key, and to this day, he's been reaping the rewards of his healthy lifestyle.

“'Yun pala ang maganda noh? Bata ka pa, hanapin mo talaga. 'Pag di ka nag-eensayo, para kang may sakit,” Roi says. “That's it. 'Yun lang ang sa 'kin. Wala akong maintenance.”

Jestoni Alarcon's workout routine

1. Doorway stretch (Hold for 10 seconds. Do 10 repetitions)

2. Basic push-ups

3. Extreme push-ups (Do eight repetitions for three sets)

4. Bench press (12 repetitions, three sets)

Roi Vinzon's workout routine

1. Feet-elevated push-ups

2. One-arm push-ups

3. Sit-ups

4. Kick exercise
