Enjoy the traditional chicken recipe with an added fruity twist.


Procedure
:

1. Heat wok over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, bell peppers, and stir-fry. Add chicken and flambé with the cooking wine.

2. Add curry powder, basil leaves, ripe langka, coconut cream, and a little water.

 
3. Let it simmer until chicken is almost cook and tender. Cook the potatoes and bell peppers in a separate pan and season with salt and pepper.


 
4. Season curry sauce with fish sauce, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Add in the potatoes and bell peppers and serve.
