Celebrity parents Jackie Lou Blanco and Ricky Davao are the biggest cheerleaders of their daughter Rikki Mae Davao, who is now part of the stellar cast of the GMA Prime series Widows' War.

Rikki Mae will portray the role of Aurora Palacios' new driver Rico.

In her exclusive chat with 24 Oras, the promising actor talked about playing an LGBTQIA+ role in her first Kapuso serye.

Rikki Mae said, "Naa-appreciate ko nga 'yung pagkasulat nito kasi 'yung name ko nga is si Rochelle, pero I really make it a point na, 'No, I prefer Rico.' So merong, you know, gender identity and sensitivity, which is kumbaga I'd love to be a representative of that,"

In her guest appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda in June 2023, Jackie Lou talked about how Rikki Mae told her that she was gay.

"So when she came to me, 'Mom I have to tell you something.' Ako naman [I thought], 'Oh my, ito na talaga. I think this is the day',"

The versatile actress remembered that Rikki arrived with a girl behind her and for about 15 minutes stood silent.

Rikki then admitted to her: "Sabi niya, 'Mama, I'm gay.' Sabi ko, 'I know.'"

Aside from Rikki, Jackie Lou and Ricky have two other children named, Arabella and Kenneth.
