Actor Jake Cuenca celebrated the wonderful news that his girlfriend, Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo, passed her application to the Doctor of Medicine program at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery.

Jake took to his Instagram story to congratulate his beloved partner, posting a photo from their recent trip to Hong Kong Disneyland alongside a message for his girlfriend on her successful application.

He publicly expressed his excitement and admiration for Rabiya's academic achievement. Through his sweet social media message, he proudly commended her dedication to reaching her goals.

“Congratulations, Rabiya, for making your dreams come true today and making it to UST FMS!” Jake wrote in the text of the said Instagram story.

Jake also cheered on this major milestone for his girlfriend. Looking ahead to her bright future, he proudly celebrated her upcoming transition from beauty queen to medical professional.

“She's going to be a doctor! I'm so proud of you!” he expressed.

Jake previously confirmed in April that he and Rabiya are “exclusively dating,” following a wave of romance rumors that began in March when they were seen together in Taguig and at Sienna Stevens' birthday party.

Interestingly, March was also the month Rabiya showcased her readiness for this academic chapter by revealing her NMAT score of 741, a milestone that trended online as netizens humorously compared her to the viral Chinese vertical drama character, Linda Walker.

Rabiya had already laid out these plans earlier during a YouTube vlog interview with DJ Chacha, where she openly shared her dreams of pursuing medicine.
