'Star of the New Gen' Jillian Ward shares her simple but meaningful Christmas celebration with the whole family.
Promising Sparkle actress Jillian Ward opted to spend her Christmas with her family this year.
The 'Star of the New Gen' is currently busy shooting her much-awaited GMA Prime series My Ilonggo Girl with Sparkada heartthrob Michael Sager airing in January 2025.
Jill said in her 24 Oras interview why she values a simple celebration, “Ang importante naman sa akin, lagi ko sinasabi is magkakasama po kami. Kahit sa house lang.”
In a separate interview with GMANetwork.com, Jillian discussed the challenges of doing a rom-com series for the first-time, after working in several heavy dramas in the past.
“Medyo nakaka-pressure po 'tong show na 'to actually, kasi hindi lang niya mate-test 'yung memorization skills ko.
“Ito rom-com pa, isa pa 'yun! First-time ko magro-romcom talaga na show, kasi mostly ng shows ko po mga drama.
“Puro iyakan, e, ito po kailangan medyo funny ako e, tingin ko hindi ako masyado funny. So, ayun ang dami pong challenge dito sa show na ito.”
