Kapuso actor Jon Lucas continues to spend precious moments with his family on his time off.

Jon recently went on vacation with his sister CK and expressed his appreciation of her through an Instagram post.

He started by recalling what their parents told them before both passed away.

"Bilin ni mommy bago mawala 'Magmahalan kayong magkapatid, huwag mo siyang pababayaan.'

"Bilin ni daddy bago mawala 'Lagi niyong iintindihin ang bawat isa,'" Jon wrote.

He also shared how much their late parents loved CK.

"Totoo po yan. Yun na pala yon. Hanggang sa huli ikaw ang iniisip nila. You made them proud, ikaw ang pinakamahalagang baby girl para sakanila…," he continued.

Jon promised that he will continue to love and support his sister just like their parents did.

"I LOVE YOU @_2.97c dito lang ako parati. Dalangin kong protektahan ka niya parati, dahil kapag nasaktan ka makikilala nila si Calvin sa totoong buhay…," he wrote, referencing his ruthless character in Black Rider.

Jon went on a relaxing vacation with his wife Shy and their children Brycen and Bria in a private resort in San Miguel, Bulacan.

They were joined by Jon's sister CK.

Jon recently finished work in the full action series Black Rider where he emerged as one of the standout performers.

He played the main kontrabida Calvin opposite primetime action hero Ruru Madrid.

Jon admitted that he almost gave up his career in showbiz as he felt that he was not progressing before landing the role of the villainous Calvin in Black Rider.

He received an award for his performance as Calvin and now feels more inspired to continue to hone his craft.

The series which ended in a high note, earning 15.6 percent combined ratings from GMA-7, GTV, and Pinoy Hits according to Nielsen Philippines.

This is an all-time high for the whole run of Black Rider and is higher than the 14.7 percent combined ratings of the program on the same timeslot.
