Joyce Pring gives realest advice on making progress in your New Year's resolutions

Kapuso host Joyce Pring has some words of encouragement to her followers on Instagram, who are dreading to report back to their work.

Joyce shared that January always gives her “the jitters,” but she knows that whatever happens this year, she will always be guided by her strong faith in God.

“My heart leaps in excitement as I go back to work tomorrow. praising God for the quietness of the past few weeks; spending time with my loved ones, reflecting, reading, writing (I've yet to update my year end blog!) and praying for an even more spectacular year!

“January always gives me the jitters, but I know that whatever 2020 has in store, I'll place my confidence in our sovereign God, and traverse through life joyfully with the people I love most.”

Joyce quipped, “Have a blessed week back at work, everyone!!! totoo na talaga, the holiyays are over!!! 😅”

Joyce will be busy in the coming months to prepare for her big wedding with fiancé Juancho Trivino. The two are slated to tie the knot in the first quarter of 2020.
