Juancho and Joyce give their followers a peek of “Casa de Eliam.”
Kapuso couple Juancho Trivino and Joyce Pring have another life milestone as they share the new property they purchased for their eldest, Alonso Eliam.
Joyce took to Instagram snippets of the house they purchased, which they dubbed as “Casa de Eliam.”
“We call it the Casa de Eliam because this house will be dedicated to blessing our firstborn,” the host-content creator explained.
According to Joyce, their decision to invest in another property started a few months ago.
“A few months ago Juancho and I decided to start praying about purchasing another property investment--and after searching and searching, God provided the perfect property for us in the most providential series of circumstances,” Joyce said.
She continued that after months of searching, they finally found the property.
"This house basically found US. By “happenstance,” but in reality, we know it was the Lord answering every prayer we had, and giving us better than what we asked for!” Joyce mused.
Joyce said they have finished renovating the house and they are currently working on its interior design.
Juancho and Joyce got married in February 2020. They are blessed with two children, Eliam and Aggie.
