Juancho Trivino and Joyce Pring's couple workout routine is composed of six exercises that are good for the core and muscles.

Kapuso couple Juancho Trivino and Joyce Pring shared their couple workout exercises as they graced today's episode of morning talk show Unang Hirit.

Before their demonstration, Joyce reminded the public about the importance of being physically active, especially today that were in the midst of a pandemic.

“Alam naman po natin na kahit marami sa atin ay still stay at home, we cannot forget to take care of our physical health. Lalong lalo na ngayon. Kailangan natin maging healthy, mag-exercise para malakas tayo.

“Katulad namin ni Juancho, we try to exercise at least mga four times a week,” she said.

As for their workout routine, Juancho said there's no equipment involved.

“Hindi n'yo kailangan ng equipment dito. It's just you and your partner and probably a yoga mat,” he said.

Their couple workout routine is composed of plank exercise, side plank, alternate track extension, crunches and leg throw, partner lunges, and over hip and press plank hold.
