Julie Anne San Jose and Elmo Magalona were chosen to perform the summer theme song of GMA entitled, ‘Summer sa Mundo ng Kapuso’. GMANetwork.com caught up with the Kapuso loveteam during the recording of their newest song.
Julie Anne San Jose and Elmo Magalona were chosen to perform the summer theme song of GMA entitled, ‘Summer sa Mundo ng Kapuso’. GMANetwork.com caught up with the Kapuso loveteam during the recording of their newest song.
Julie Anne is very proud to be selected to perform GMA’s summer theme song. She shares, “Sobrang honored ako na kami po ni Elmo ang napiling kumanta ng ‘Summer sa Mundo ng Kapuso’.
Elmo echoes Julie Anne’s statement. He says, “I’m very honored because it’s a big network and it’s an anthem ‘pag pinakinggan mo. Sinasabi ng kanta na ito ‘yung one of the biggest events na nangyayari sa Philippines, na laging hinahanap at laging inaabangan ng mga Pinoy kasi that’s what we’re known for.”
The young Kapuso stars thank their fans for their continued support. Julie Anne extends this message to her fans: “Unang una, gusto ko po magpasalamat sa lahat po ng sumuporta sa album ko under GMA records. Double platinum na po siya, and sobrang ino-owe a lot kop o ‘yung supporters ko at sobrang blessed po ako kasi meron po akong mga friends and fans na katulad po nila.”
She also reveals what’s in store for her for the next few months. “Magkakaroon po ako ng concert sa April dito po sa Manila, and then magkakaroon din po ako ng concert sa L.A. sa May 25th.”
Elmo, on the other hand, can be seen regularly on Party Pilipinas with Julie Anne. He is grateful for all the fans who have been standing by him. He says, “Thank you so much to all the fans who keep on supporting me and Julie, and I hope I keep you entertained.
