Japan Ambassador Mr. Kazuhiko Koshikawa requested Sparkle star Julie Anne San Jose to perform "Voltes V No Uta" at the celebration of the 69th anniversary of Japan Self-Defense Forces.
Asia's Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose was invited to perform at the celebration of the 69th anniversary of Japan Self-Defense Forces which was held on Friday, July 7, at the residence of Mr. Kazuhiko Koshikawa, the ambassador of Japan to the Philippines.
On Instagram, Sparkle GMA Artist Center shared some photos of Julie Anne together with the ambassador and his wife Yuko Koshikawa.
The Kapuso actress sang her version of “Voltes V No Uta,” the iconic theme song of popular Japanese '70s anime Voltes V.
Meanwhile, Sparkle GMA Artist Center Vice President Joy Marcelo also shared a glimpse of the event and a video of Julie Anne's performance.

Aside from Marcelo and San Jose, GMA Network's Senior Vice President for Entertainment Lilybeth Gomez-Rasonable, Vice President for Drama Cheryl Ching-Sy, Assistant Vice President for Drama Helen Rose S. Sese, and Voltes V: Legacy director Mark Reyes also graced the occasion.
