Simply purchase any of the five (5) participating products: Nescafé, Bear Brand® Fortified Powdered Milk Drink, Nestea ® Iced Tea, Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix, and Lady's Choice.

Participants must write their name, age, complete home address, contact number, and handwritten signature on a piece of paper. Place it in an envelope along with the proof-of-purchase from any of the participating products to complete the entry.

Ipadala (Submit)

Submit entries in any of the over 750 designated dropboxes nationwide at Mercury Drug branches, Puregold outlets, and GMA Network TV and Radio stations.
