This is attested by the many nominations that the Kapuso network secured in the 45th Catholic Mass Media Awards.

The Catholic Mass Media Awards aims to promote a “values-filled mass media” in various communication fields such as television, radio, print, advertising, music, and more.

Here are the Kapuso programs and content that have been selected as finalists at the 45th Catholic Mass Media Awards.

For Television

IJuander is nominated for the Best Adult Educational / Cultural Program, while AHA!, iBilib, and Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko are among the finalists for the Best Children and Youth Program.

Maria Clara at Ibarra, The Write One, Abot-Kamay na Pangarap, Wish Ko Lang, and Magpakailanman are included as nominees for Best Drama Series/Program.

For Best Entertainment Program, TikToClock and Family Feud are among the list.

The longest-running morning show Unang Hirit has been nominated for Best News Magazine, while Saksi and GTV's Dapat Alam Mo! are among the nominees for Best News Program.

GMA Regional TV's Balitang Bisdak is being eyed as Best Public Service Program.

24 Oras's coverage of the May 9, 2022 elections and GMA Regional TV Balitang Bicolandia's coverage of the Peñafrancia Festival 2022 are bets for Best Special Event Coverage.

GMA's Christmas Station ID 2022 titled “Love Is Us This Christmas” is up for the Best Station ID award.

For Best Talk Show, Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, Cayetano In Action With Boy Abunda, and GMA Regional TV Early Edition are among the finalists.

Meanwhile, NCAA Season 98 and “Compañero” Remembering Sen. Rene Cayetano (Christmas Special) are included in the list for Best TV Special.

For Radio

Super Radyo DZBB 594's DZBB Super Serbisyo: Trabaho at Negosyo has been nominated as Best Business News.

For the Best Drama Program, on the other hand, Barangay Love Stories of Barangay LS 97.1 and Super Radyo DZBB 594's Sumasapuso, Kasama Si Toni Aquino are among the nominees.

Three Super Radyo programs are a part of the nominees for Best News Commentary namely, Saksi Sa Dobol B, Dobol Weng Sa Dobol B, and One On One, Walang Personalan.

Meanwhile, The Howie Severino Podcast has been selected as one of the finalists for Best Educational Program.

Super Radyo DZBB 594's Super Balita Sa Umaga Nationwide and Super Balita Sa Tanghali Nationwide are among the list for Best News Program.

For Music

The Kapuso network also has nominations in the music category. “Pusong Kampeon” by XOXO and Simon Tan is nominated for Best Inspirational Song - Secular and Best Music Video.

For Advertising

In the field of advertising, GMA's Oath of Sportsmanship has been nominated for Best TV Ad - Public Service and Best Digital Ad - Public Service.
