Pinas Sarap host Kara David pays tribute to her mother Karina Constantino-David through a touching video she shared on her YouTube channel.

Yesterday, May 7, marked the first death anniversary of Karina David, former chairperson of the Civil Service Commission of the Philippines, and also as a Filipino activist, public servant, and musician.

Karina is the daughter of renowned historian Renato Constantino, and wife of U.P. Professor Emeritus and former broadcast journalist Randy David.

Kara remembered her mom Karina through a six minute-video filled with clips of her singing while playing the guitar, participating at rallies, speaking about her advocacies, and also photos of beautiful memories she's made with family and friends.
