
Actress and entrepreneur KC Concepcion continues to explore many different approaches to her ongoing fitness journey.

She recently tried doing an ice bath or immersing herself in very cold water after an intense physical activity.
The water in ice baths is usually around 10 to 15 degrees Celsius and people soak themselves for about five to 10 minutes.
Ice baths are used by many high-performance athletes are it supposedly relieves pain and muscle soreness.
On her Instagram account, KC shared a short video of herself getting into a tub of ice water.
She struggled in the beginning but quickly composed herself and even splashed water onto her face and hair.
In the same post, KC also shared a video of herself getting out of the sauna and doing yoga with her friend Iya Lagdameo.
"A little cold plunge, a little sauna… lotsa pilates & ashtanga yoga… All in with my fitness routine...," she wrote in the caption of her pose.
KC has been focused on developing healthy habits to maintain her fitness.
She has recently rediscovered her love for Pilates and has even roped in her sisters Garie and Sam to tag along in some of her sessions.
KC has also taken up dancing again under the popular dance group G-Force.
